Our History
In 2001, Chuck and Lisa Lerner established Bless The Badge with a mission to strengthen law enforcement marriages.
Over the years, the Lerners deepened their expertise through chaplaincy, critical incident training, marriage coaching certification, and extensive study. Their journey reaffirmed their belief that law enforcement demands a specialized, tactical approach to address its unique challenges.
This insight led to the creation of their Tactical Relationship Training, which debuted at its first conference in 2014. In less than 5 years, Bless The Badge had reached more than 2,000 law enforcement families, and continues to make a global impact by saving marriages.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of officers, spouses, clinicians and chaplains. We are for law enforcement, by law enforcement, and have 100+ years of experience as married couples.
