Chuck began his career in El Paso, Texas where he spent 10 years patrolling the Northeast side. He Retired after 30 years on street patrol from the city of Cleburne, TX in 2016. Chuck is a veteran practitioner of several martial arts styles and has developed a unique system called A.W.A.R.E. TACTICS. This program can be taught to anyone of any size or age and is very efficient and effective coupling the arts and real street applicability. He and His wife, Lisa, provide free Tactical Relationship Training to officers and Police Couples.
Lisa and Chuck have been married 28 years. She was medically retired after 20 years in Regional Merchandising. After serving the wives and families of law enforcement throughout their marriage, Lisa and Chuck became Ordained Ministers in 2008. Lisa is a certified Police Chaplain with International Conference of Police Chaplains (ICPC), and (IAOCC), Victim Relief Ministries (VRM). She currently serves as Chaplain for the Burleson Police Department. Lisa is trained in CISM and is a member of the Johnson County Critical Incident Response Team.
Our Daughter Holly graduated from Southwestern Assemblies Of God University in April 2012. She served as a Police Dispatcher for Forest Hill Texas Police Department for 3 1/2 years and now is searching for God's next plan! She is available for speaking to youth or young adults on Police Life and loves any outreach and missions!
Melinda is the Wives In Action Leader, a speaker with Bless The Badge, and a writer for Law Enforcement Today. She is a working wife of a Texas peace officer whom she is crazy about, mother of two young and rambunctious little boys, 2 large fur babies, and a girl who is in love with Jesus! With no fancy title to own, she serves as a prayer warrior and greeter on the First Impressions team at her church, she has a heart for the Law Enforcement community, often found serving them at whatever capacity she is able, and still somehow finds time to write what God puts on her heart.
Caleb and Kendra have been married nearly 10 years and were high school sweethearts. They have now been blessed with a young daughter and one sweet fur baby. Together, they are marriage champions! Their marriage journey has not been easy, but God has created something beautiful out of the ashes of their life. As students in biblical counseling, their goal is to spread the miracle that God has created in their lives and bring hope to the hurting.
Sara is our Project Manager. Her husband is a Texas Peace Officer serving the community for 12 years and counting. They are high school sweethearts and have two crazy boys who keep them on their toes. Sara loves helping people and has found a special calling to serve law enforcement wives and families.
