Clinical Educators are licensed with 5+ years experience in counseling law enforcement families, and the charisma to share clinical information in an engaging way.

Community Chaplains are certified through one or more organizations (ICPC, IFCC, BGEA, IAOCC), provide wellness and spiritual support, and facilitate community-police engagement.

Couples Coaches are married law enforcement couples of 5+ years, who are NAME Certified Marriage Specialists, and Bless The Badge TRT Instructors, with passion for improving marriages.

The Development Director is part of the Bless The Badge leadership team, and is responsible for fundraising efforts, including relationship building with organizations and securing support.

The Engagement Director is part of the Bless The Badge leadership team, and is responsible for increasing brand awareness by planning and delivering communications and marketing.

Event Coordinators are organized and passionate planners, who are the hosts of our conferences, workshops and classes; they confirm the location and sponsorships, then partner on logistics.

The Faith Integration Director is part of the Bless The Badge leadership team, and is responsible for oversight to bear witness to Christ through who we are, how we work, and how we serve others.

Inspiring Storytellers are law enforcement officers and/or spouses with stories of hope, and a desire to inspire others through the 3Ps of positivity, perspective and perseverance. 

Local Liaisons are highly networked with law enforcement departments, spouse groups, clinicians and chaplains, with passion for connecting families to the best resources.

Our Speaker Network is comprised of volunteer speakers who serve our blue family in faith-based capacities, and often partner as leaders of other law enforcement ministries.

State Ambassadors are married law enforcement couples of 5+ years, who are part of the Bless The Badge leadership team, and serve as points of contact for their state's events and classes.

TRT Instructors are officers and/or spouses who are certified through Bless The Badge as capable, confident and passionate about teaching our 'bread and butter' of relationship training.
