• Relates to and demonstrates the BTBM values on a daily basis
• Understands the value of each of our offerings

Within assigned area, Regional Director:

• Recruits, onboards, and mentors State Ambassadors to grow and strengthen regional teams
• Provides consistent support and guidance to State Ambassadors, ensuring they achieve their state-level goals
• Plans and executes regional events in alignment with Bless The Badge’s mission
• Collaborates with national leadership to secure funding through grants, corporate partnerships, and sponsorships
• Acts as a liaison between State Ambassadors and the national leadership team to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives
• Develops and nurtures partnerships with law enforcement organizations, sponsors, and other stakeholders
• Maintains a positive image of the BTBM brand at all times
• Follows social media and expense management policies (coming soon!) 
• Participates in at least one BTBM committee (coming soon!)
• Attends regular Leadership Meetings
• Considers next level certifications:
  • Chaplain through International Alliance of Community Chaplains (IAOCC)
  • International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) trainings: Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention

• Establish and maintain a minimum of 3 active State Ambassadors within the assigned region
• Plan and execute at least 1 regional event or retreat annually that advances the mission of Bless The Badge
• Build relationships with at least 5 new law enforcement organizations or corporate partners annually
• Participate in at least 1 national law enforcement conference to represent Bless The Badge (FOP, Chiefs, Chaplains, etc)
• Raise a minimum of $5,000 annually through regional fundraising efforts, including grants and sponsorships
• Support each State Ambassador in achieving 100% of their annual goals
